Improving acoustics for an extraordinary childcare centre in Kermt
From playing and romping to crying and screaming. The combination of many busy children and the type of floors and walls creates a long reverberation time. This is therefore the cause of increasing noise levels. Acoustic solutions reduce reverberation and improve speech intelligibility. Improved acoustics in a nursery make children calmer and less tired and thus promote a child's development.

Poor acoustics quickly cause fatigue, reduced concentration, too many stimuli, etc. Acoustic solutions reduce reverberation and improve speech intelligibility. Reverberation was also a major problem in the extraordinary reception of Hasselt city in Kermt. With the right combination of acoustic solutions, this was quickly remedied.
